The key points on the three phases of CRM are as follows:

1. Acquiring new relationships: In this phase, companies focus on acquiring new customers by promoting their product and service leadership.

2. Enhancing existing relationships: This phase involves deepening and broadening relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

3. Retaining customer relationships: Retention in CRM focuses on delivering what customers want through service adaptability, emphasizing the importance of retaining customers over recruiting new ones.

These phases highlight the importance of acquiring, enhancing, and retaining customer relationships in the CRM process.


Benefits of CRM for customers
1. Continuity
2. A contact point
3. Personalization

What should in database?
1. Demographic
2. History of contacts
3. Transaction history
4. Response to marketing communications
